Dwight Schar, NFL Owner, Breaks NFL Rules

Dwight Schar, an NFL owner with a share in the Washington Football Team, has engaged in flagrant breaches of conduct in his capacity as a minority owner in the NFL. He and his employees have harassed, intimidated, and threatened a mother and her three small children.

“Everyone who is part of the league must refrain from ‘conduct detrimental to the integrity of and public confidence in’ the NFL,” states the NFL code of conduct. While former Attorney General Loretta Lynch has been hired by the NFL to investigate Dan Snyder’s claims against Dwight Schar for extortion, we are asking Lynch to additionally investigate Schar for his improper treatment of a Jewish family, including a mother and her three girls.

Owners are responsible for maintaining the code of conduct in the NFL according to the rules. The rules state: “This includes owners, coaches, players, other team employees, game officials, and employees of the league office, NFL Films, NFL Network, or any other NFL business.”

Dwight Schar behaved in an anti-Semitic manner towards Anna Juravin and her three daughters. He is currently being investigated by the Anti-Defamation League.

“Ownership and club or league management have traditionally been held to a higher standard and will be subject to more significant discipline when violations of the Personal Conduct Policy occur,” writes the NFL. For Dwight Schar’s breaches, it would be appropriate for the NFL to investigate the conduct of one of their owners and sanction fines and disciplinary action as needed.

FORMER SCHAR PARTNER TESTIFIES AGAINST HIM

“I was consistently told by Paul Simonson that Dwight Schar knew everything that DCS and the POA were doing to the Juravins and I am surprised that Mr.Schar could not have at least responded to Mrs. Juravin or at least provided the common decency to meet with the Juravins to discuss this entire situation,” wrote Richard Arrighi, a former business partner of Dwight Schar. Arrighi explained himself in a signed affidavit.

Arrighi also explained where all the fake stories about Don Juravin were coming from: DCS Capital Investments. “Randall Greene, who was the Chairman of the Bella Collina Homeowners’ Association, told me, Paul Simonson and others that he hired outside parties to write negative articles and blogs about Don Juravin in order to retaliate against Mr. Juravin. The purpose was to keep Dwight Schar, Paul Simonson, and Randall Greene’s identities private so Mr. Juravin and others would not know it was coming from Mr. Greene. Greene was authorized by Simonson to do these things.”

Furthermore, Schar himself engaged in anti-Semitic behavior. “On several occasions during staff and management meetings, that included me, Paul Simonson, Randall Greene and others, Dwight Schar made derogatory comments about Jews, making derogatory remarks about their mannerisms and their way of life, and I was surprised Simonson laughed it off, being Jewish himself, just to not make waves with his boss, Dwight Schar.”

ANTI-DEFAMATION LEAGUE INVESTIGATES DWIGHT SCHAR

Dwight Schar is responsible for treating a homeowner with a level of anti-Semitism, states Don Juravin. The Bella Collina homeowner filed a report with the Anti-Defamation League on Dwight Schar and his henchman appointed HOA head Randall Greene. This report accuses Dwight Schar and Randall Greene of behaving in an anti-Semitic fashion towards Don Juravin, his wife Anna, and their three children. The report is based on a broader and larger federal lawsuit to be filed soon. It accused Dwight Schar of anti-semitic behavior.

Randall Greene, the head of the POA, drove by Mr. Juravin’s house several times and honked his horn loudly. Twice, Greene drove by Mr. Juravin, who was out walking, and yelled a vile anti-Semitic slur at Mr. Juravin. A few weeks later, the Juravins received a letter stating that they would be banned from the Club as “dangerous people.” Mr. Juravin did not know what to do, so he kept paying the monthly fee. He did not make the connection that it was because he was Jewish.

No one said anything to Mr. Juravin, until he decided to stop paying the monthly fee. A few months later, the POA placed a lien on Mr. Juravin’s house for not paying the fee, even though he was banned.

Mr. Juravin was forced to undergo a background check, which he feels is unnecessary because the man that runs the Club and the man that runs the POA both have arrests and in one case, criminal charges to their name. In addition, anyone seems to be able to use the Club without a background check.

The Club continued to cause grief. Mrs. Juravin was found crying one day because she had learned that her two daughters were about to graduate from school, but could not attend their own graduation ceremony because the family was banned from the Club. The two girls snuck in with a family friend, a Christian doctor, and were subsequently thrown out of the Club. The family of the doctor was sent a ban notice as well.

When Mr. Juravin drove by the Club, he received a text message from Randall Greene warning him not to enter the building or even drive by. Later, when Mr. Juravin and his family left to go on vacation, Greene falsely claimed that the Juravins had fled the country with no intent of returning.

Mr. Juravin’s eldest daughter, Karin, left the country to go back to Israel because she was so concerned about the harassment the family had been receiving.

DWIGHT SCHAR’S TEAM THREATENS WOMEN, CHILDREN, AND PETS

Some of the NFL rule violations listed include: “Actual or threatened physical violence against another person, including dating violence, domestic violence, child abuse, and other forms of family violence; Assault and/or battery, including sexual assault or other sex offenses; Violent or threatening behavior toward another employee or a third party in any work place setting; Stalking, harassment, or similar forms of intimidation.”

Dwight Schar has violated the rules by engaging in harassment, stalking, and other forms of intimidation. When the Juravins were flying to Poland to visit Mrs. Juravin’s father, who had just been diagnosed with cancer, Randall Greene contacted Don. He said, “Sheriff’s office animal control unit should have been in touch with you as they were called on my instructions. Please do try to enjoy your vacation.”

The Juravins had two cats for their daughters in the house. They had hired someone to come and check on the cats daily. But instead, the Animal Control came and threatened to remove the cats unless there was a sign of someone caring for them. Fortunately, for the Juravins, the cats were allowed to remain.

The Juravins had already paid the dues for the club and the Homeowner’s Association in full, but were banned from entering the club. However, the girls’ school was holding an end-of-the-year graduation party at the club for all the students. A family friend, who had a business pass to the club, took the Juravin’s girls, who were instantly turned away by the club staff. The friend received a letter saying that the club pass would be suspended if the friend attempted to bring the girls again.

The Juravins got a letter from the club saying the young girls were not allowed to use the club even though it was a school party.

According to Anna, their property has been vandalized many times and the family has been given unreasonable demands by the community’s HOA.

DWIGHT SCHAR’S COMMUNITY IS UNSAFE

Many unexplained and scary incidents have taken place in Bella Collina. Anna Juravin’s car had been keyed all around while parked on her property in Bella Collina. She feels someone in Bella Collina destroyed the car “as a warning.” That doesn’t make her and her kids feel safe in Bella Collina. Since the guards are literally controlled by Dwight Schar’s team with Randall Greene, she suspects it was an “inside job.” Her tires had been damaged several times, to the point where she feels unsafe driving in the morning.

One night, around 1 am, when the Juravins were asleep in bed, a loud and sudden crash from the backyard startled everyone. The pizza oven in the backyard had been broken loudly by a vandal. Again, it seems to her like a threatening act of someone in Bella Collina.

The Juravins received a letter from Dwight Schar‘s legal team stating that they can no longer have the luxury of waiting for the court decision. Then, Randall Greene, Dwight Schar’s “enforcer,” ordered his men to break onto the Juravins’ property and steal their property. They removed the free speech sign without a clear court order.

Water in Juravin’s swimming pool was draining suddenly. Anna Juravin went to the pool equipment area and found that a pool cord had been sliced as if a knife had been used.

Other families with children have also suffered. The Sutherins were one of the original owners of a lot in Bella Collina. In 2012 the Sutherins voiced their concerns about the mismanagement of the POA. The backlash began immediately afterward.

As a result of the feud between the Sutherins and the POA, the property manager, Randall Greene, told the security guards to stop allowing the public school bus into the gated community. The Sutherins had to have their children leave the neighborhood in order to get picked up by the bus. The children had to walk across a major interstate highway in order to get to school.

Like the other families, the Sutherins’ transponders were deactivated by Mr. Greene. This action meant that the Sutherins had to seek entry via the guard gate. Every time they came and left, the security guards told the Sutherins that they had to follow them, and report their location to Mr. Greene.

After two years, the Sutherins moved out of the community. However, they still kept their Bella Collina property, leasing it to another family instead. By moving out, the Sutherins thought they were escaping the harassment from the staff at the gated community.

They couldn’t have been more wrong.

Greene sent a text to Kathryn Sutherin, along with an embossed mug: “Once again you give yourself too much credit in assuming I am obsessed with you people. You don’t pay your bills to anyone including several lawyers I know. We sent you a mug just to let you know that we have not forgotten that you still owe us money and we know where to send a copy of the judgment when we get it. You are the child blowing your horn and so is your husband w[ith] the chopper buzzing houses in BC. Next time I get an N [sic] number when comes out here [sic], my lawyer will file another complaint …I really don’t like white trash.”

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited tothe following:Actual or threatened physical violence against another person, including dating violence, domestic violence, child abuse, and other forms of family violence; Assaultand/or battery, including sexual assault or other sex offenses; Violent or threatening behaviortoward another employeeor a third party in anyworkplace setting;Stalking, harassment,or similar forms of intimidation

Ownership and club or league management have traditionally been held to a higher standard and will be subject to more significant discipline when violations of the Personal Conduct Policy occur.
